I have make sole proprietorship firm in delhi, Firm deal in Taxation services.
I want to register my firm under registarar.
What is legal document required and where can go for above said work.

From your question it seems that it is sole proprietor concern. If it is so then you need to registar with the registrar. Once it is regd., under sales tax act it is not necessary to go for registration with registrar.
