Fault in Samsung handset

I have bought samsung galaxy music duos on april 2013 and there is a problem with mobile in july and i submited my handset on july 2013 in samsung service center. They give us excuse one by one and can't give my handset back. i filled an affidavite in consumer court on Aug 2013. On March 2014 the court give its order in the favor of the company. I want to extend my handset warranty and my charges that i spend on the case. I was sent a mail to the samsung company but they can't reply us. I want to know about its reason.

First of all please go through the warranty card and booklet u received alongwith handset. See if u have violated any of the condition for which no guarantee or warranty is prescribed. U need to give all the facts about handset problem,its type,its nature to properly guide you.
