Father's name correction

How to correct Parent's name in Voter card or Adhar card If the individual doesn't have any supporting documents and his parent is not alive now.He is residing in other state than his Native state he has land documents of his father of his native state.What to do please guide me.How can he will be able to obtain his birth certificate.

With relevant documents approach civil court by engaging eminent advocate.

1. Follow your "name change" proceedures involving Govt. Gazete, newspaper publications etc.... wherein you can change full /part of your name as desired by you. This does not require change of Father's name in Father's birth certificate.
