Father registering a house property on my name

My father willing to write a house property on my name (Loan is already cleared by me). My brother should not have a chance to interfere after registering property on my name. Please suggest me a best procedure to register?

Your father is alive and this property hopefully is self acquired propoerty so he can tranfer it in your name without any legal objection
