The children has share and they will take that.

The relinqusihment deed shall be signed by the persosns relinquishing thier share. One of them cannot sign on behalf of others except when there is a registerd GPA to do so.

Who are all the legal heirs to the property of maternal grandfather, who is in possession and enjoyment for last 19 years, how the property was acquired by Grand father.  Always contact the local advocate with full details.

The property is from the begining enjoyed only enjoyed by the two brothers and never ever by the married daughters. The property was acquired by selling the old ancestral property but registered in name of maternal grandfather.

That means the property is the ancestral property of your maternal grandfather and his two sons were enjoying the property since the death of maternal grandfather in 2000 and now his maternal grandchildren want a share in that property under possession and enjoyment of his maternal uncles since 2000?

Yes, the maternal grandchildren and their mother had nothing to do till date in the property. Now when the registry is to be changed they have raised agitation that our mother didn't take the maternal Grandfather property but we want our share. Can they ask for it when the have never ever been on that property now have they claimed it for 19 years of the dead of their maternal grandfather.
