Farmer is cheated and sale deed done

A farmer belongs to schedule tribe and is uneducated. Here the farmer has only election card and school fonafiede as proof where his surname is rathodia. But on his land 73aa is entered since 1981 where is grandfather was vartaniya and his father's name is muteted as rathodia (talaviya) . Now buyers took farmer to dy. Collector and removed this 73aa declaring that he is rathodia and not talaviya so he is OBC. Before that they made his OBC certificate by doing an affidavit by him that he is OBC and not ST. Further they opened his bank account where buyers accompanied and transfered the cheque amount to farmer's account before sale deed and by loose cheque keeping farmer's presence in bank withdrawn the amount which is 9 lac, 7lac 90 thousand , 9 lac which amounts to total amount of sale deed and from that date till date no other transaction in the account! Sale deed and dy. Collector process happened in 2015! Farmer didn't got a single penny for his land and also due to that affidavit he is now OBC and as 73aa removed the other buyer directly did sale deed of his last survey no. And now his not farmer too. How to file criminal matter. Here the buyers have politically influenced and so police is not taking proper action! Pl. Guide what to do for losing criminal case an d doing proper inquiry on the same?? And what to do to put him back to ST ???

what is your place of residence. Immediately consult an advocate. File suit for setting aside the sale deed. ALso file criminal complaint to the police.

I am an advocate! dealing this complication for the first time! Police is not lodging FIR or doing any investigation as the buyers are highly influencial people and the farmer is uneducated and not able to even speak or understand at first instant and is geting feared if someone counters him! here the buyers made false affidavit of farmer and so now he as per the certificate issued by taluka panchayat (DDO) he is not Schedule tribe member and now he is OBC where according to the sale deed price for cancellation suite he needs to pay around 65 thousand in total which he doesn't have!
