We are two brothers and mother.there is one dda flat on my fathers name as orignial allotte. after his death, my mother decided to transfer it to my ( one brother ) and her name. she did not want to include other brother name as he was given another property. and during conversion to free hold and registration , we did not show brother name. Is this deed legal ?. or what can we do in terms of rectification, though my brother is ready to file affidavit for giving up his share on the property.
