Dear Sir,
My previous employer has provided me false Form 16. The entries shown by him in Form 16 don't tally with Form 26 AS. This practise is continuing from past 3 years.
To whom should I complaint about this.

inform your employer about this or otherwise file your return as per Form16,in case of assessment,if called then show your original Form 16 before the Assessing officer. the A.O. will take the necessary steps against the employer.

You should complaint to comissioner TDS. Criminal case is required to be lodged. The act of your employer is criminal offence.
