Sir,
One of relative (husband) is in jail . Falsely imlicated in 498A/323/504/5046/3&4 DP Act.
Close relatives are on run. what ar the legal remedies, relevant case laws.
That lady (wife) is a vamp?, Demands absolute control of husbands finaces , severemnet of ties with aged Parents, relatives, socially cruel(in habit of absuing husband in public places/ in front of friend on frivolus issues/ wants free run for herself/ engaged in extra martial affairs.

Consult local lawyer, file for bail.
Based on her complaints file police complaint to SP for registering case under DP3 (Dowary protection act 3) against her and relatives. Generally police will not do any thing but give complaint and file magistratrial complaint after a week.
You can check relevant decisions for DP3 by various HC's (recently Delhi HC).
