I am facing a problem as a Petty State Act Criminal Case which was registered but later proved as a false case and already closed with a B-Report. Does this arrest record stays or is there any method to remove it. I am trying to change my job and they have offered me a onsite opportunity.The case which was registered was false and already closed. Does the arrest record stay and does it affect my Background Verification check and Visa Process.

If your passport is ready then no issue. Arrest record is not checked in VISA process.

as the case is not proved so, arrest or remand will be quashed automatically.
accused means :a person or group of people who are charged with or on trial for a crime.
here your charged but not proved...obtain a certified copy of judgement
