Thanks for your guidance for early post i am out on Bail. But my father - in - law still putting false case from different part in india this time he has placed from dimapur ( Nagaland) i was not aware about the case but yesterday itself police came to arrest my bros..... but as i was prepared and experience we got bail(transit bail). Everyone nows why nagaland dimapur is famous......we dont want to go there. How can i get bail without going there. The person who had registered is famous for Kidnapping,extrotion and local people are afraid by his name.
So Sirs and Madams please give me some input how to move futher. i belong from orissa.
The case section is 420 and 406. Believe me i have never done business from his firm or recieve any payment. nor i and my family ever by mistake gone to nagaland.
