Failure to pay maintenance fee.

Hon'ble court had passed an interim order on 24th Sept 2018 to pay maintenance fee to the petitioner w.e.f. Sept 2018. But the respondent failed to pay the same till date. How the petitioner can approach the court on the day of next hearing which falls on 20th Nov. 2018 ?
