Facebook screenshot is evidence in family court ?

Facebook  Profile screenshot is evidence in Family court ?

1. If wife is  ( Living ) separately  more than 2 years then Husband can changes the status Separated in FB. is it cruelty grounds?

2.Can she take the screenshot with out his notice? is it allowed in Family court for cruelty gourds?

Use of word "separated" in the status by itself is not proof of the act of cruelty. The fact is after both separated 2 years back and the divorce proceedings started between both now, nothing wrong if either of them show his/her status as separated in any social website.

Screen shot of status "separated" taken from facebook may be admitted as piece of evidence in the divorce proceedings by the Family Court but that will by itself does not show the act of cruelty on the part of husband by using it.

it means without divorce if husband puts Seperated in FB post in profile&  they are leaving seperately more than 2 years
