I am working as Quality Assurance Officer, in a statury body of Govt of India. I have applied for 6 months extraordinary leaves to do my Ph.D. (already got NOC from dept. in this regard) in different spell, through proper channel and not got any reply or call that you leaves are sanctioned or not. Now, organisatin said that out of 6 months , leaves of 2 and1/2 months leaves are not sanctioned. Are they right ?
