The rental agreement is expired on 31.1.2014. Now i would like to extend the period of rental agreement by another 3 months.
please advise, whether I have to enter another rental agreement OR is there any other way i can extend the tenure of the agreement.

Rental agrreement quitely depends on ownner's whish, an agreement is to be mentioned for the condition of its being renewed. So you should contact your hose master with a requisition for the rental agreement
