Expert advise requested

Mother transferred her property to her second son by regd. gift deed who died after two years leaving her only minor daughter behind him. His wife also expired. Now, Can deceased is entitled to 1 share along with minor daughter or whether mother is estopped from claiming her 1 share under Hindu Succession Act.

since it is deceased property which he received by gift from her mother so he became owner of the property and on his death property devolve to his daughter but mother shall also have share.

As mother is no more, all children and if daughter is the only legal heir then she can claim sole rights as the only legal heir of her father's property.
