Experience certificate

How to treat an experience certificate issued by any employer when it indicates following details:

1. Issue Date

2. Period of experience and position held

3. He is well experienced in ........... (areas of work)  Or He is experienced in...(Areas of work)    Or  he has experince in.... (Areas of work)

Here point no.3 indicates he is experienced in ****(areas). Shall it be treated as the area of work mentioned here is experience of same organization who is issuing this certificate?  I mean is this certificate shall be treated as genuine experience with the same firm as it is followed by position held and period mentioned before it? If we accept this can it be legally questioned by someone?

The question arises while checking experience certificates. Some of the issuing authorities clearly write during his tenure with us he was assigned........ (work area/duites) clearly. But some does not indicate clearly that this experience is at their place of working or while working under them.

Regards

Exprience certificates should indicate in which areas u had experience and till what duration. Experience Certificate should be specific related to work
