Exparte order

I couldn't elicit answer from x pets. In a suit faced by me as defendant it is important for me to know that the status quo order granted to plaintiffs vide their application rule 39 along with suit could be construed as exparte. On going through Cort file no notice of the date of hearing notified, only my x lawyer signed the order as seen with no date. I was never informed of the status quo and no affidavit filed by plaintiffs of having informed me. Now plaintiffs have filed contempt application (which was not replied) against me which is lingering on since 3 to 4 yrs now without notice on me and sword of damocles hanging on me , all concerned scaring me.
