Ex-wife still represting as wife

my ex-wife even after divorce completion ,gone to my native place ,attended marriage of my neighbour,meet with my teachers and took gift from them as sadi showing she is my wife

1) what diffrent charges I can book her and whats penalty for such fraud?

2) can I hold her family liable?

Don't even think of filing cases against her. Not only you can't file a single case, but also if she wants she can file many cases on you including 354a,b,c,d. So leave her alone, and lead your own life.
