Request your guidance for the following -
1. I am divorced
2. The court ordered through DV act to pay for maintenance to my ex-wife which I am paying
3. The court ordered through DV act to pay rent for the residence she was staying with me, however she has moved to another residence and now I learnt she has bought a house (it says - her stay should not be disturbed in the house she is staying and rent should be paid for the house she is staying in....this was the rented matrimonial house and was ordered by the lower court; the order was passed later by high court to folllow trial court order with enhancement to monthly maintence - there was no mention of residence or rent in high court order)
4. Today she is claiming to pay rent
Question - do i have to pay rent amount to her that I was paying for the house we lived together?
P.S. I don't yet have evidence that she has bought house
