How Ex-Parte Divorce can be filed?

What can be the simplest reason to file Ex-Parte Divorce and how much time it takes to have Ex-Parte divorce.

in a case, one person is sure that another party can not come to contest the case and he/she also want to take divorce,,, is Ex-Parte divorce is right way to take divorce?

A person staying in Bangalore want to file Ex-Parte Divorce and his/her partner is in Delhi...and they are staying apart since 6 months.

there is nothing called "file ex-parte divorce" ....you may file the divorce petition in bangalore or delhi or the place you got married..Generally speaking , once you filed the divorce petition and if the respondent didn't appear for few dates then you might need to go for paper publication...after that the judge may allow your petition as ex-parte..you will get ex-parte divorce decree....usually it takes minimum six months...

There is no exparte divorce petition, when u file a divorce petition other party not to appear before court then court will passed exparte orders. If both parties are willing to take divorce better to move Mutual Divorce Petition it is safe to both parties for any future litigations will arise.

It can file where the parties resides Banglore or delhi.

ex-parte divorce is when respondent don't come for hearing or no counsel appears from there side.  then there is a process that summons are sent via different mediums and then even notice is issued in local news papers and then only u can get ex-parte divorce
