We have a property in Agra UttarPradesh and We are in between of a case for eviction it. As per law Rent control act does not allows on it, as rent is Rs. 10000 per month.(Just for information)
All the evidenceies has been produced from our side. Cross examination is over by tennat's lawyer to me and our witness who signed the document. Rent Agreement was signed by 2 witnesses and we have produced one witness.
