Dear Members
In our State, As per the Job Advertisment the person to be qualified to sit in the examination of Ranger (Forest Officer) should be degree holder in B.Sc.
Now I being a Geography student feel that this rule is arbitary as I/we the students of Geography have far better knowledge of Flora and Fauna than the B.Sc. students having major in subjects like chemistry,Mathematic and Physices.
Therefore can I challenge above advertisment, Pliz Help me out!!
Is any leading case in this regard.
