A widow got Widow pension from EPS 1995 scheme after demise of her husband four (4) back. For last four(4) years she and her child also got Children pension for the same period as per the scheme.
She is also working in a private organisation. Now she is retiring from her service and also eligible to get Superannuation pension from EPS 1995.
Will she get both (i.e., existing Widow pension for demise of her husband and new Superannuation pension for retirement from her service) the pension from EPS 1995 ? or else ?
