Epic and electoral roll

I have applied for my voter card since January but still don't get my EPIC Number.As the election dates(12th May) were quite close in my city , i was unable to cast my vote. I had contacted my BLO several times but he doesn''''t get my epic number until now. My previous complaint has been disposed by saying that contact us after election(12th May) in eci-citizenservices.nic.in. This is eci fault that i''''m unable to cast my vote.The process of registering name in voter list is quite slow. Kindly suggest me to resolve this issue.

You can cast your vote by other identity numbers ie.Driving licence,Bnk pass book, etc.,

Casting of vote in election can be done even by proving your identity with other identity documentary evidences too. Enquire abut the same from the district collectorate where they have a separate department for the purpose.
