As per bar council of maharashtra & Goa they are exempting the some people from that ,the exact sentence mention in enrollment rules is as follow.
IX) Any person who review parlimentary bills for a remunaration,edits legal text books at salary ,does "press vetting ,set and examine question paper or is part time teacher or lecturer or an assistant to an editor of law journal provided his hours of work and/or engagement do no conflict with hours of court and suject to the rules against advertising & full time employment to which an advocate after enrollment is subject to is engaged in broadcasting ,journalism,lecturing and teaching subject ,both legal & non legal.
