Dear Friends
I want to know the following
If petitioner files the writ petition along with the Civil Miscellaneous Application for interim relief in Hon'ble High Court which entertains the application and gives next date of hearing after 6 months. Can he appeal against the daily order and ask the Hon'ble Court for interim relief?
Please also let me know under which rule of CPC he can file appeal?
Please also inform whether his appeal is maintainable before the Divisional Bench under civil writ appeal?
