my my neighbour mad hanging construction and ladder on public road. I made complaint to municipal corporation and complaint portal Bihar government. vidmate 4 feet long hanging construction and 3 feet ladder on road. municipal corporation and complaint portal Bihar government are not taking any action. I think they got money from them to do favour them. in in this case what should I do. please suggest me other way.
