Dear All,
This is a formal querry(a question), if employer refuses to give the experience and clearance letter even after serving the notice period of (2 months or as per company policy) then what action can we take as an employee.
The reason behind this post is to know what all steps can we take in order to avoid such situations.

Employee can pull the employer to Unions, Court of law.
