Employer is declining to pay gratuity

Hello Experts, I joined an IT company on 1-Apr-2014 and relieved on 26-Feb-2019. Company is 5 working days a week. Company is declining to pay Gratuity on the premise of not completing 5 years. Whereas I see many articles says it is 4 years 190 days qualifies me for gratuity. please suggest/guide me how can I proceed? thank you in advance. Regards, Jignesh Shah

Apologies sir but this is my first post.  However, I know there are many such queries asked in past and all are saying that person is eligible in this case.

Only reason for me reposting is to make sure that there is no recent revision or ammendment in law or rule which declines the eligibilty.
