Past 14 months back i am joined in private BPO company, I have no issues in past 14 months. But now i am internally moved from one team in past 20 days. we are facing lot of issues.
1. employess are not treated as gently they are treated as slave, eg., dont speak to office hours, if we are going for break, dont go with friends, they assigned one person, i will go break that person only.
2. supervisor insulting by gradewise. I am senior, your junior what i will say you must be follow, if it is process related it acceptable, they are involved in personal life. he is not give respect to subordinate As per company policy, employees are equal.
3. This issues, one fellow mentally distrubbed and raised the complaint there is no action taken. that fellow mentally distrubbed in that team. if any law to protect employee please kindly advice
