Employee harassment & falsified reason based termiantion

1) Employee is harassed with unreasonable, impractical, illogical, non commensurate services. Upon resistance with due reasoning and inspite of suggesting & offering practical workable alternate or same services performed at free of salary too, issued and forced to accept termination notice citing falsifed mala fide reasons of Termionated for NOR OFFERING SERVICES, with out also giving time to respond to such falsifed mala fide notice.

2) Employee service is only to follow and complete alloted onfield work when and how allocated and report back. Supervisior and manager will review such collected data based report and release results or require employee to rework report. No other authority or powers to commnand others to complete work or oversee or supervise other to complete such assigned work. When no work, to reamin on stand by for any other or next task.

3) Employer not correcting and remedying with non stigmatice termination, taking accountability of such indiscipline of wanton malafide termination attempt, inspite of Employee refusing compensation, rejecting termination on grounds of untenablitiy, falsified, mala fide, etc nature as well as substantiating with written proof of commensureate conduct and offered services, providing back oppurtunity to Employer to prove their stand/accused reasons or disprove employees offered proof of contention of having not violated any contract or legal terms or liable to be termianted, not to be disreputed and illtreated with immediate sudden cut of from company, falsified grounds, etc

How to initiate legal action for fair tenable termination and damages for such harasment, inflicted harm of disrepute of falsifying and mala fide of image?
