Email and sms as evidence in the indian court?

Will Court accept Email and SMS as evidence?

If not, why it does not accept and what is the problem. For example, If there is an email google chat or MSN messenger chat between two people and there is something that can be used as evidence. Why cant court use it as evidence, Because now a days every communication happens via SMS, mobile phone, google chat, hangout, skype, watsapp, ebuddy etc.

If court accepts, what has to be done with the email and SMS. I mean, should one print the email, take the authentication from, say yahoo.com, rediffmail.com or gmail.com? If you are taking the printout of, like the email, chats. Should it be taken with logo (say, gmail logo, yahoo logo) and get it authenticate from Cyber Forensics (RCCF)?

Print/photo of SMS and take authentication from telephone service provider? if SMS has to be produced, should a photo be taken of it and get it attested from mobile service provide (like aircel, airtel, vodafone, idea, etc.) or Cyber Forensics (RCCF)?

i.e. Cyber Forensics - Centre For Development Of Advanced Computing, Department of Information Technology, Ministry of Communications & Information Technology, Government of India, P B No. 6520, Vellayambalam,Thiruvananthapuram 695 033 KERALA, INDIA.

Appreciate your answers with some reference.
