Electricity theft/illegal building g+4/un higenic food/tax theft according to place

Hi Sir, I & my friends are staying in a PG near Gachibowli it is a building which is illegally made (G+5 floors) where the pg owner is a Subramanya. There are many wrong thing happening in the pg. On complaining to the Subramanya ,he reacted very wildly saying that we are blaming him but we haven't blamed him we just informed him he behaved too violently always shouthing & abusing the servant & other peoples . PG strength will be around 100+ peoples & I think he have one another PG also near the place . PG: According to place & location they are not paying tax (steal tax) Electricity : Steal the electricity from the electricity pillar Clean : Food are not good & Crookries are very dirty(kakroach & lizard ) Illegal construction on road You or might be your junior can visit the place & verify the whole thing your self .
