Dear Sir,
My younger brother was booked in drunk and drive case in july 2013 in central mumbai,when he was 22 years old.Next day he pleaded guilty in court but he was not fined or imprisoned,instead he was left with mere 1k fine with no receipt,please help me with what effects will he have on the career considering that he will not face second offence in future

This case doesnot come under convictions right?And what does company check before employing ,what are the chances of termination for him?what will be in the police records because no reciept of any fine was given to him?RTO will also have their records,what are the effects on his career in abroad
