Earth infrastrcture ltd degree for refund of money

Dear Sir , I have been awarded degree in my favour by Delhi court for refund of total money i paid them for the aprtment on 15 May 2015. But now the company is taken up for liquidation on 16 June 2016. Should i go for execution or submit documents for recovery through liquidation. Thanks in Advance. Amrit

you should actually do both.

Thanks Mr Jian . Very resonable advice. But if one goes for Liquidation process , will th execution not be declined as one has already followed a recovery process. can you give your number. I want to talk to you. Thanks nad Regards
