Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited has erected Tata power line tower in my agricultural land located at my native place in the district of Pune...the towers are erected around 25 years back but it lead to sharp drop of prices of our land...the land is in the name of my father now...but he never paid any attention towards it...
MY Question is ----
is it possible to remove those towers from our land or if not can compensation be claimed
