Whether Dealer dealing exclusively in exempted goods mentioned in the First Schedule, Turnover exceeding 10 crores is required to get registration under the DVAT(Delhi Vat ) Act?

If ur turn over is >10 CR then u need to registered under DVAT although u were dealing with the exempted goods.
