Dv case.

Hello Sir,

I and my family members got bail on 498A, 506, 3 and 4 DP. Now can she file a case called Domestic Violence on us ? If yes is the same process like taking anticipatary bail is necessary for this case also ? Please suggest.

Can i file a Divorce case in family court basing on above cases. If i file RCR now what will be the benifit for me ?

In the domestic violence case you need not get yourself enlarged on bail, it will go on in the routine manner. My opinion is that instead of wasting your time on useless RCR case, you straight away file divorce case against her for cruelty.

in domestic violence case you need not require to take bail it will simply go on , don't go for rcr and waste your time file divorce case on the ground of cruelty and get rid from her , fight other case on their merits .
