As i mention in my eariler query that in my wife dv case i file a appeal in dj court u/s 397 in this appeal my advocate cheat me and withdraw my case with wirte on ordersheet without me and my family member after that i file a aplication on same court regarding that my advocate cheat me and please restore my appeal in this appeal notice issue to oppsit side but no one come from oppsit side in this case . case is now on arugment stage on my applicaion sir if any citiation or any judgment regarding my case please give me as soon as possible a link of that judgments on ground advocate faluts can not suffer pettioner or revision can not rejected on not press it decided only merrits.please tell me what and how can i do now to restore my appeal.
