I have one issue in my purcahsed plot. i wish to know what is the status.
I purchased a plot no.110 in karur tamilnadu from karthik in 2012.
karthik purchased it from usha in 2009.
usha purchased it from vetri (layout owner) in 1984.
I have not made the khatha.
vetri (layout owner) sold the same plot no.110 to david in 1994.
david sold it to dhanush in 2012.
now the plot is empty only..
In the Encumberance certificate all the above entries are comming.
my queries are..
1. who is having full rights on the plot no. 110?
2. how to solve this issue ?
3.what is the first step to proceed?
please help me in this regard..
