You sell the property and get out of it. When you have a buyer, it is better that you sell it and get out of it. Get your sale deed drafted by an expert in a way that can entail that the buyer has the knowledge of everything before buying the said property. Also, keep such conversations on call records and Whatsapp messages. This will make you bulletproof.
If you want to go the lengthy way, file a case for fraud. But that will take you 20 years to get down to something. Not advisable.
