Door Locked-Regd letter returned undelivered, Implication thereof
In a civil disputes matter, the notice sent by the tenant’s advocate to the Landlord is returned undelivered for the reason “Door locked for 4-5 days continuously’
What is the implication of this non delivery?
Will it be presumed to be delivered or the tenant should sent it again?

It is presemed to delivered. and the same can be enclosed document as evidence for filing case.
