Doomed to death

Now as the CIC does not give any reason whatsoever it will go down well with the corrupt to core bureaucracy, autocracy and the politicians.Where are our RTI Activists. Is Anna doing more damage to transparency ?

Remember that CICs and SICs are managed by retired bureaucrats who are known to serving bureaucrats.

And if things go well as per Plan A, B&C remote controled by the Hindutva Forces proactively supported by the section of that BUREUCRACY which sees no future for them in case CONGRESS led UPA III comes back after 2014 Election What will happen to RTI Act 2005? With Hindutva Forces in power some Sankaracharya of some Math will certainly be expected to become the LOKPAL of this country.

Till then should we resign and sleep like KUMBHAKARNA or stand up BE COUNTED. I chose to fight the enemy within to help this country to retain its secular fibre at all cost.

But how do I lodge a complain against that sold out CIC and that SC Judge whose verdict on URCs is being most abused by the military top brasses despite knowing that argument on URCs being Instrumentally of the state or not was avoided by that SC Judge. That judge must now stand up and issue ammendment as someone did in the case of that controversial statement during DARA SINGH's case.
