Does hiding a profile for concealing fact comes undr it act

Sir,

A person hiding his profile for misleading another person comes under IT act.

Secondly the same person would have given false address and contact numbers in the website , would that also come under IT act?

Thirdly i am using emails , SMS and chats as evidence to show how he decieved me and induced me to believe he is genuine while he was not , hence will this case come under IT act
