Need Help / Suggestion
We bought a Flat in Bank Auction,
After the Auction we came to know that the bank has gone for Auction with out getting the position certificate from Builder.
we paid 25% of amount to the bank as part of the Auction 75% is pending from our end.
the flat is under construction flat , Builder had not given any Position certificate to bank .
So my Question is :
Is there any rule that the bank has to get Position Certificate before going to Auction.
and also please let me know what are the documents that are to be verified from the bank before going for Registration
