We have a LLP and taken on rent a building for 5 years with provision to sublet. The rent agreement is not registered. We want to lease out a floor.
1. Can we sublet and register the lease keeping in mind that our rent agreement is not registered?
2. Is building completion certification required to register a lease?
3. What documents are required to register a lease?
