Document Registration

Sir, Can we challenge a document Registration on a property,when there is a civil dispute over that property?

You could indeed move an application challenging such registration but you must have certain valid grounds for challenging the same or the same will be dismissed by the Court. Also, it would help to know what sort of document you are referring to.
