Docket orders

Hi,

I filed a case for dismissal of maintenance orders in the supreme court against the high court orders. My wife is not attending the court at Visakhapatnam and her father is attending and collecting the maintenance amount. I filed a petition as my wife is not attending requesting to file a self attested stating that she is not remarried but the court dismissed my petition asking me to prove that she is married again. My wife is not attending the court for the last 1 year and now I filed a petition in the Supreme court and the lawyer at supreme court asked for the docket orders, and this clerks at the family court is not issuing the same. Is there any section's under which I can file the following:

1) Asking my file to submit self attested that she is not remarried.

2) Obtain the docket orders for the last 1year to submit at supreme court.

Kindly help me.

Thanks

Uma
