I have created an artwork of Hon. Prime Minister Shri. Narendra Modi which contains his name & portrait. Have created it to print it on merchandise like t-shirts & then sell those to the end user. Want to register for its copyright.
My questions are as below:
1. Will I have to acquire any permission/license from Shri. Narendra Modi or Bhartiya Janata Party's IT cell or someone else to register the artwork for copyright? If yes, then from whom will I have to get the needful done?"
2. How long will it take to get the copyright registered & how much would it cost?
